Testimonials from United Kingdom

Dear Sunny,

The most memorable place we visited was the village high up in the mountains in Guizhou where indigo was being dyed and fabric being made. It was like an isolated paradise, beautiful in architecture, natural surroundings, and fascinating workmanship. Getting there was quite an experience too -- we were very grateful for Mr Yang's fantastic driving skills. Altogether an unforgettable adventure and outstandingly beautiful and peaceful. For me personally the best part of the trip was two afternoons where our wonderful guide Michael Liang arranged for me to meet Miao ladies who were embroidering and weaving (which are my hobbies) and sit with them to see them demonstrate their skills. We had a wonderful time which was very precious -- like having 'aunties' on the other side of the world! It has given me much inspiration and pleasure, and I will hope to come back to Guizhou.

Hi Cheryl,

Many thanks for all your help organising my week round China. Once I made contact with the first guide, the travel logistics all went beautifully smoothly. I saw everything I wanted to and the guides were knowledgeable and communicative without being overbearing. From talking to them, there is obviously much more to see in China and I would certain contact you if I make a return visit.

Thanks again for all your help,

Steve McEvoy

Hi Sunny

Thank you for arranging our trip. we had a great time. Everything went smoothly and it was gratifying to see the guide always present on arrival at the airport.(We were delayed arriving into Llasa by 4 hours due to weather problems). I loved Llasa, we both loved the warriors and the Cruise and can recommend you.

Thanks again for all your help

Best Rgds

John

Dear Angela,

The great wall was the most memorable, each guide in beijing, xian and shanghai were friendly, knowledgeable, polite and punctual. I only mention these guides because we spent most time with them We have no complaints about the hotels or the meals. I think the one we enjoyed the most was the guangzhou hotel in beijing, and have already recommended china highlights and would do so again. We had a wonderful time, everything was well organised. Don't miss anything! A word of warning for other travellers beware in beijing airport of bogus taxi drivers.

Hi, Elaine,

Seeing the necessary sights in Beijing, Xian, Shanghai, Holding a Panda (for me at Chengdu), All the Unesco and World Heritage Sights (Suzhou, Zhouzhuang, Lijiang and the many gardens everywhere - we managed to see 8 out of the top 10 gardens in China, fitting in a few extras here and there), Hongcun, The Three Gorges Dam, Tiger Leaping Gorge, The Stone Forest, Guilin and Yangshou, (we particularly enjoyed our cycle ride there) and all the Evening Shows that were booked for us as well as the extras that we fitted in ourselves. We will never forget Suzhou, Zhouzhuang and Lijiang as we had no idea that places like that existed in China, so we would consider them 'must do's.
