Thank you for helping make our trip to china amazing. Each guide was extremely informative and helpful. We have loved our experience. We forgot to turn in two of our guides sheets. We want to make sure they get credit for being excellent guide. Lancy in Guillin was great. We would give her all 5's . Sissy in Shanghai was extremely knowledgable and sweet also. We would give her all 5's as well.

I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our trip on the Victoria Queen. The entire trip was perfect!!

The transportation you suggested was excellent. You were right, it would have been a distaster to have trip to get to the boat ourselves. Also our guide in Chongqing was terrific. He took us to a restaurant for a barbeque style meal that was quite tasty and very memorable.

When I returned home I found our "comment card" in my purse. Evidently I forgot to leave it at the desk (we had paid the tips on our credit card) when we departed the ship. Therefore, I would be very appreciative if you would pass along our comment that we felt the ship was "First Class" in every way. The staff was absolutely delightful and could not do enough to make us feel welcome. Their bright cheery attitudes, smiles and commitment to learning our names supported their obvious commitment to excellence.
