Beijing 798 art zone, as one of China's main centers for cutting edge contemporary art, is located on Jiuxianqiao Road, Dashanzi Area, Chaoyang District. It has a total construction area of 230,000 square meters assembling many cultural elements such as galleries, design studios, art exhibition spaces, artists' studios and fashion shops, etc. In the 798 Art Zone run nearly 400 institutions including galleries, artists' private studios, cultural companies like animated cartoon, television media, publishing, design and consultation from home and abroad.
