Dali International Film Festival has the theme as "harmonious home - man and nature." The purpose is to build "human Dali, happy home", to create tourist highlights, to foster low-carbon economy, to promote industrial transformation and upgrading, and to actively explore the Lake Erhai Basin low-carbon economy, in general promoting economic and social development.
