How to Buy Tickets

Passengers can buy tickets online, in the ticket offices and via self-service ticketing kiosk. The tickets reserved on line are collected at TurboJET ticketing offices or Self-Service Ticketing Kiosk located at ferry terminals, and the website for online reservation is: http://service.turbojetbooking.com/webbooking2/.

Self-Service Ticketing Kiosk

Passengers can purchase ticket with smart card (including Corporate JETPASS and Stored Value Cards) or credit card (only applicable to ticketing kiosks located in HK and Macau) via the self-service ticketing kiosks, and collect tickets reserved online.

The Self-Service Ticketing Kiosks are located at:

  • Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal (Shop G02 (TurboJET Premier Lounge) and East & West Bridge, 3/F Shun Tak Center, Sheung Wan)
  • Macau Maritime Ferry Terminal (1/F Departure Hall)

I want to go from Wuhan to Hong Kong. What is the easiest and most convenient option ?
Dear Sumit, You could take a high speed train from Wuhan to Shenzhen, it takes about 4-5 hours and it costs about US$87-135 per person. Then take a train from Shenzhen to Hong Kong, it takes about half an hour and there are many trains every day. Lussie Lu Replied on 2013-04-08

Hi Lily, yes, you can take ferry directly from HKIA to Macau. It takes about 50mins, available during 07:00–22:00 everyday.
