The Penta Hotel begins to decorate guest rooms from June 2011. The Penta Hotel has no porter and does not offer minibar in the rooms from 2012.

Opened in 1998 and refurbished in 2011, the Penta Hotel is located inside the New World Business Centre and the New World Department Store, one of the best shopping places in Beijing. The Tian An Men Square, the Forbidden City and other imperial sites are just a stroll away.

The rooms were comfortable and quiet, room service turned up very quickly when we reported air conditioning not working. Staff can speak some English. Very nice view from the window. Room is cozy and clean.
