Qianmen was the south gate of ancient Beijing City, also called Zhengyang Gate. It is within walking distance to Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City, and easy access to Wangfujing Street. It locates one of the most famous commercial streets of Beijing, Qianmen Street. Many famous ancient Beijing brands are concentrated there, including the largest silk and Qipao store in ancient China: Ruifuxiang and most renowned tea house: Laoshe Tea House, where currently still shows various kinds of traditional performances of ancient Beijing.
