Opened in 1958 and renovated in 2007, the Hong Zhushan Hotel is located in the foothills of Mount Emei which is one of the World Natural and Cultural Heritage Sites. It is less than 200 meters away from the world famous temple-Baoguo Temple. The hotel was awarded the best resort hotels in Sichuan Province from 2005 to 2007. Moreover, the hotel won the "Golden Pillow" Award -"China Top Ten Resort" in 2007.
