Rooms were clean, river view and the location is quite nice just across from the river and close to the pedestrian street. Overall it's OK.

The location was great, overlooking Liberation Bridge, down the road was a restaurant strip, one Italian Pizzaria called Amani's was great for dinner and breakfast was ok. Room was average and bed hard.

Both hotels are good hotels but would like to have had the option of a superior room albeit at an additional cost.Hotels like the Universal need to maintain Non-somking rooms.ALthough the first room was said to be non-smoking.We had to change.
