The Xuanhu Hotel, a four-star was opened in 1986 and refurbished in 2004. The hotel is situated on the lakeside of Xuanwu Lake and is the only hotel in Nanjing that you may enjoy a good view of the Lake from the guest rooms. The hotel is close to the Hunan Road, a thriving shopping street. It has been the only 4-star hotel in Nanjing awarded among "China's 50 Best Star Rated Hotels".
