Cactus Resort Sanya

Opened in 1998 and refurbished in 2005, the Cactus Resort and Spa is located at the Yulong Bay, It is about 40 kilometers or a 45-minute-drive from Sanya Airport, just minutes from pristine beaches and embraced within natural mountain terrain. There are 600 guestrooms and suites here, all equipped with central air-conditioning, satellite TV, safes and IDD telephone. The most impressive way to enter the Cactus is via the small tram that putt-putts visitors around the small lake, then walk over the bridge past pharaoh-shaped fountains into the spacious atrium lobby. The hotel restaurant, Resort Diner, serves authentic and tasty Chinese food. The Lobby Lounge serve good wine and cocktails and there is a nice bar here by the swimming pool. The Cactus Resort and Spa boasts one of the largest and most impressive outdoor swimming pools in China.
