The Grand Hyatt Shanghai opened in 1999 is the 'highest hotel in the world' (located on the 53rd to 87th floors of the Jin Mao Tower), in the heart of Pudong, Shanghai's financial and business district, and with easy access to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Shanghai World Financial Centre and the International Conference Centre. The hotel is just 50 minutes' drive from Pudong Airport (PIA) and 30 minutes from Hongqiao International Airport (HIA).

The standard room is as large as 47 square metres in this 88 storey hotel. All 555 guest rooms have stunning views that will take your breath away. Aside from the Deluxe rooms, the hotel has 34 Executive Suites, eight Diplomatic Suites, two Presidential Suites and one Chairman Suite. The hotel’s restaurants offer Chinese Cantonese, Shanghai, Italian and Japanese food. Guest can be relaxed at Disco and KTV rooms. Conference rooms can meet the requirement of business travelers.
