With two towering wings and a grand marble atrium, the Holiday Inn Shanghai is a landmark in and of itself. The hotel is within walking distance of the Shanghai Railway Station, where high-speed CRH trains transport passengers to a variety of locations in record-breaking time.

Great location,. Well connected by Metro. Also adjoining Shanghai Railway station. Lots of eateries nearby. We chose the Executive rooms which included very good buffet breakfast and happy hour. The staff were excellent.

The hotel staff is friendly and professional, staff can handle unusual situations/problems. Location close to metro and Shanghai Railway Station is really good. Airbus no 5 has a convenient stop close to the hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. We stayed at executive floor. The rooms were extreemly clean and well appointed. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a good mix of both American and asian options. The cocktail hour is also great with plenty of variety and you can make your own if you like. You will be hard pressed to find a better value in this part of Shanghai.
