Located in Puxi's historical Bund and opened in 2007, the Hyatt on the Bund commanding unparalleled views of the Bund, the Huangpu River and Pudong. The Hyatt on the Bund is known for its fashionable international spirit, great city views and contemporary interior spaces.
Hyatt on the Bund houses a total of 631 guestrooms, including 52 suites, split between East and West Tower. Ranging in size from 42 to 300 square metres, the contemporary spaces features floor-to-ceiling windows with breathtaking views, as well as rotating flat-screen TVs, DVD players and high-speed wired and wireless broadband Internet access. The open bathroom concept in selected guestrooms maximizes the spaciousness of the room.

Hyatt has never disappointed me. The rooms are spacious, never had a small one or was disappointed. Vue Bar on the 32 nd floor is a highlight, with amazing view of the Bund. Vue Restaurant is great but pricy, the cooking stations spread out in the restaurants gives a different touch to open kitchen. Service is great and attentive. Worth staying again.

The location was great, the wonderful bars and restaurants at the Bund were within walking distance from the hotel. The Vue bar on top the hotel has amazing views of Shanghai at night. Rooms are perfectly laid out - open, high ceilings, great beds. There is also an excellent rooftop bar with great cocktails and elaborate looking bar snacks and perfect for panoramic photos of the Shanghai skyline. The hotel gym is also quite large and has a good selection of equipment.

This is a very nice boutique Hotel, if you are looking for a quiet location, no many people around, close to the excursion boats, just in the river and very nice views to Pudong. My room was amazing--comfortable, clean and contemporary design really fit the overall quality of the property and the view breathtaking. Wifi in the room was free. The breakfast selections are OK. This is my second time staying at the Hotel and I would certainly return if visiting Shanghai again.
