Xing Yu Hotel is opened in 2003, very close to Shanghai's famed Yuyuan Garden and located about 1 km south of the legendary Bund. Further south of the hotel is the new Nanpu Bridge where you can reach Pudong new district in 15 minutes and Shanghai New Expo Center in 25 minutes.

There are various type of guestrooms within this hotel, with either standard rooms or suites all with air-conditioning, satellite TV, a minibar and IDD phones. Some of the rooms offer a great view of the Huangpu River and Oriental Pearl TV Tower.

For guests use there is also a gymnasium, karaoke and a department store. Business facilities include a business center that provide fax, photocopying and ticket reservation services and various size meeting rooms. The hotel has Chinese and western restaurants, coffee shop and bar.
