Opened in 2006, the Suzhou Pingjiang Lodge located in the central of old town Suzhou.The hotel is a traditional Chinese Style Hotel converted from an old mansion, which was once owned by the Fang family in the Ming dynasty. The Suzhou Pingjiang Lodge has 51 rooms and suites. All the rooms are designed to blend in with the local tradition that includes cloistered gardens, wooden pillars and tiled roofs. The Pingjiang Lodge has preserved relics dating back as far from the Ming dynasty to the Cultural Revolution period. The Suzhou Pingjiang Lodge also has a coffee bar, five halls of different sizes for conferences, meetings and parties that can accommodate up to 150 people.
