It''s celebrated from May.2 to May.5 in Xishuangbanna (Jinghong). There is direct flight from Dali to Xishuangbanna (Jinghong), but it may not be available everyday. I acn not find the city called"Zhuzhai" . Do you mean" Zhuhai which is close to Macau. if yes, there is not train from Kunming to Zhuhai. You can fly to Guangzhou then take bus to Zhuhai. Leon Long Replied on 2012-01-16
