how do you call Paradise when Ngari is a hell on earth after 1959?

We call Ngari Paradise because the sights are very beautiful. But I don't know is a hell since 1959. And I don't know what you mean by a hell on earth.
We are a tour agency in China, we try to present the most beautiful China to the world include sights and culture. We do business in online tourism for more than 10 years, if we could arrange our customers to visit that place, we will garentee that the place will be unique in culture or fantastic in scenery.
