Heavy Snowstorm Attacks North China

Updated: December 12, 2012 | Clicks: 782

A heavy snowstorm is sweeping across most parts of North China, causing a large drop in temperature. Cities in Northeast China, including Harbin, Changchun, and Shenyang, will see a sharp temperature drop of around 10°C, according to the weather forecast.

More than 10 expressways have been closed due to the severe weather. Long-distance bus services have been stopped in Inner Mongolia. Many flights using Hulunbuir Airport and Xilin Gol Airport (both in Inner Mongolia) were delayed.

China Highlights remind you that it's not recommended to travel or go outdoors during heavy snow storms. Please remember to wear thick thermal clothes and anti-skid shoes when you go out. If you have any difficulties during your trip to China, China Highlights will try our best to help you as much as possible.
