Facilities in Summer Palace improved for The Handicapped
A project including 2 annular sight-seeing ways, 20 ramps, 42 direction boards, 7 toilets and 3 telephone boxes, has been finished in Summer Palace, Beijing. These facilities are all handicapped only.
The total length of the two annular sight-seeing ways is 10 kilometers. They both are 1.4 meters in width.
The facilities of the 20 ramps include armrests and balustrades. The ramps are skidproof and rainproof.
The seven toilets have the automatic doors and automatic alarms.
