On Sunday, July 5th at around 9:30pm Beijing time, a riot began which has crippled Urumqi, the capital of China's Xinjiang province.

For the sake of security, China Highlights does not recommend tourists to visit this sensitive area now. And we didn’t have any customer affected by this riot so far. If you want to know more about this event, please continue to focus on China Highlights.

Other regions and provinces in China have not been affected and tourism activities are continuing as normal.
