Li River and Yangshuo Inspection Trip

China Highlights Sales TeamCHT sales team enjoyed their Li River and Yangshuo inspection trip last weekend. They first hiked along the Li River from Yangdi to Xingping for around 6 hours, then be transferred to Yangshuo and biked along the Yulong River the next day.

 

Li River is the signature attraction of Guilin, indeed of all of Guangzi Province. It winds its way for miles and miles around fantastic shaped limestone peaks bearing such interesting names as Cameral Crossing the River, Nine Horses Mural Hill and Yearning for Husband Rock.

 

Yangshuo is a tiny town sitting along the river. It embraces some of the finest natural scenery in the world, which has inspired generations of Chinese artists to create their masterpieces. The town is perfectly situated among several limestone pinnacles as it was placed there by an otherwordly spirit. The natural beauty aside, the place is bustling with its colorful nightlife. Bars and clubs fill the town. CHT sales team stayed overnight Yangshuo and experienced the place's nightlife.

 

The next day, they biked along the Yulong River, another beautiful river about 1.5 kilometers away from the town and stayed 1 hour or so in Jiuxian, an ancient town along the river. People there live in their old wooden houses and practice the century-old tradition as time stay still in this ancient town.

 

They all had a great time and gained so much from this trip and feel much better equipped to be able give advice to our clients.
