China Highlights Annual Lucky Draw 2007
China Highlights held its annual lucky draw to select the winners for 16 cash prizes at 11:30 on December 20, 2007. After a short speech by Victor Shu, our manager, the lucky winners were selected randomly by computer.
China Highlights holds the lucky draw with the aim of encouraging the customers to return the feedback forms which are used by us to improve our service. Every evaluation form which is returned is studied carefully by travel advisors and customer service groups. Complaints from customers are dealt with immediately and other issues examined to determine how we can improve our service. China Highlights attaches great importance to improving its services and the feedback supplied in the evaluation forms is of great assistance in achieving our goal.
China Highlights has made a great progress in dealing customer feedback and the complaints by ensuring that our team has the manpower required to do the job properly.
China Highlights will continue in our efforts to improve the travel services and we appreciate those help us by providing input though the feedback forms.
