To improve their sales skills and keep all its staff up to date with the fast developed tourism industry, Chinahighlights put all of its staff through 2 days marketing training in the
A famed marketing professor was invited to give us that training. The training mainly consists of seven parts, covering areas as time management, service marketing, ect. At the intervals between classes, some teamwork games were arranged, which seems quite relaxing but can subconsciously raise our members sense of teamwork so as to help them work effectively together.
The outcome of that training is obvious. "we learned so much from it. It can help us work effectively and efficiently in limited time in the future", as later commented by our staff.
China highlights give regular training to its team to ensure that they are equipped with the latest relative skills and technology which are necessary to the company's development.
