China Highlights New Staff Excursion
China Highlights arranged a new staff excursion from Guilin to Yangshuo and Longji Terraced fields last weekend.
"It is part of our training program for new staff members. The aim of the 3 days' excursion is to help them acquire first hand experience by means of inspecting the hotels and attractions we recommend to our customers. Besides these, it also contains a lot of hiking and cycling which give new staff an opportunity to build a team, learn how to collaborate and form alliances in the wild," said Angela Gong, sales manager of China Highlights.
"Wit once bought is worth twice taught. Our new staff members will learn a lot from the real experience and have a deep understanding of our own products from a visitor's perspective. It helps them improve our service to ensure our clients have the best holiday ever and to give them a pleasurable and hassle-free experience," added Vee Lee, Customer Service Manager of China Highlights.
The continued success of China Highlights has made it necessary to imbue the company with fresh blood. The new staff members were recruited two months ago and after being trained for a certain period, they are efficient at their job in different team, ready to provide best travel service in China Highlights.
