A Marketing Report for China Highlights

On 2nd Nov., our Marketing Expert Ellise from America gave China Highlights staff a report on product marketing.

In the report, Ellise introduced innovative methods of improving our existing travel products and how to implement 100% customers'satisfaction with her knowledgable perspectives. Her report was easy to understand and all Chinahighlights members learned much from it. Afterward, all our staff actively took part in the discussion on questions that they often meet in their daily work. We believe that this report would be of great importance in designing our tour products and improving our customer service.
