China Highlights uses "Secret Shoppers" to monitor its service standards
China Highlights has embarked on a program to use "Secret Shoppers" to monitor the service standards provided by its representatives in destinations all around China. China Highlights is dedicated to provide the possible best services to our customers so we have adopted these and other measures to monitor how these standards are worked out in practice.
The first group of "Secret Shoppers" visited Beijing, Xian and Sichuan and completed their tour in last month. The clients returned a very detailed questionnaire and report to China Highlights covering guides, vehicles used, hotels accommodation, food choices and shopping.
Most of our local agencies were found to be strictly following the services standards laid out for them when receiving China Highlights' groups. Some problems were found and steps have been taken to remedy the situation.
