China Highlights Suppliers Video Conference 2007
China Highlights held its annual Suppliers Quality Control Conference January 8th 2008 via video conferencing. This is the first year that this method had been used and the new format was widely accepted for its convenience and economy.
The meeting was divided into 4 parts: - Presentation by CHT management, Discussion on China Tour products, China Highlights Services Standard evaluation and summarization of business in German market.
Great importance was attached to the travel services supplied by China Highlights during the conference. China Highlights has a detailed evaluation form, which includes every meal and hotel during the time that our customers are traveling China so that we can assess and control the quality of the service provided by our suppliers.
Suppliers doing a good job during the year will be praised highly and those providing below par service will be dropped. Tour guides will also receive recognition from China Highlights. China Highlights makes great efforts to control service quality of the local agents and tour guides who directly serve our clients.
The new plans and services standard have already been implemented. The China Highlights team will continue to discover the essence of Chinese culture and provide high quality travel services to our valuable customers.
