CITS Guilin team building outing

CITS, Guilin took its employees to outdoor team building exercise over the last weekend. The event was held at a tourist resort about 1 hour's drive from the city.

The staff responded enthusiastically to the opportunity to show which department was the strongest. The program contained two main events:  "an obstacle course" and "tug-of-war". The competition was based on the numerous departments of the company. China Highlights formed one team and was successful in winning the obstacle course based on our "effectively teamwork and unparalleled cooperation" .

The trip has a lot of fun and we think that it will help to promote better communication between different departments and a better sense of team work..
