China's top 100 international travel service providers in the year 2005 have been named by the National Tourism Administration. CITS (Guilin) is the holding company for China Highlights Travel and ranked 12th on the list of approximately 16,000 travel companies in China. The Top 100 travel companies are selected annually with the selection criteria based on the annual income and profit, service standards, quality of services and internal management. The awards were dominated by travel agencies from the mega cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chongqing who filled the places from 1 to 11. CITS (Guilin) Travel with its reliable, flexible services and unbeatable prices has worked very hard to achieve this result and gained the acknowledgement of the National Tourism Administration.

 China Highlights Travel's contribution to this result is evidenced by the fact that since China Highlights began in 1998 the company's the ranking has steadily increased from 20th place in 2001 to 17th  last year and now to 12th place.
