To Address the issue of rising jet fuel price, fuel surcharge imposed on domestic flight will be allowed to extended again, according to an annoucement made by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China( CAAC) recently. The surcharge will rise to 30 yuan (US$3.78) to ticket prices for distance less than 800 kilometers, or 60 yuan (US$7.55) for distances 800 kilometers or more.
