New London–Chengdu Flight Service Starts September

A new flight service connecting London and Chengdu will be launched by British Airways in September, 2013. The opening of this new flight service will bring the number of non-stop routes from Chengdu  to Europe and the Middle East to three.

When the flight service opens, it will take only about  10 hours to fly to Chengdu from London Heathrow International Airport, and will save 6–8 hours.

 Chengdu to London: Flights will depart from Chengdu at 10:55 every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and arrive at London at 15:00.

London to Chengdu: Flights will depart from London at 03:30 every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, and arrive at Chengdu at 08:55 the next day. All the times are local times.
