View Patala Palace in Beijing

Potala Palace is the highlight and landmark of northwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region. Now, travelers who want to view the impressive architecture but have no time to travel to the highland can enjoy it in China's capital, Beijing.

 

The local authority in Beijing is decorating the city for the coming 7-day National Holiday taking place on 1 October. One of those ornaments is the setting up of a miniature of the Potala Palace at the Tian'anmen Square. Along with the palace is recreation of Qinghai-Tibet Railway, Three Gorges and some flowers around. The upscale decoration is expected to be completed on 25, September or so.
