Sir, The temperature at Ningbo in March is around 4-14℃/40-57℉ in March, and it is the raining season, and sometimes with sleet. When it goes to April, the temperature would come warm, around 10-20℃ /52-68℉. If you plan to stay for two months at Ningbo, both warm coat and T-shirt are necessary. I found some guesthouse with price from US$40 nearby Ningbo International Conference and Exhibition Center (20 minutes walk), if you wish to book hotel, you could send your enquiry to Alex (alex@chinahighlights.com).
