It is about 43 km from Shanghai Pudong airport to Magnificent International Hotel. You can take Line 2 subway at East Nanjing Road station, then change to Line 10 subway. Get off at Laoximen station. It takes about 6 minutes by walking.
There is no flight between Shanghai and Ningbo. You can take a train. There are so many bullet train every day. It's easy to buy the tickets. It takes about 3.5 hours and it costs about US$19 per person.
There are many hotels in Ningbo but i can't tell your the exact number. As there are lots of business clients in Ningbo, it's easy to find a hotel and book the room. It's about 50 km from Pudong airport to the Ritz Carlton Hotel which is located at No.1376 Nanjing Road, Jingan District. It takes about 45 minutes by taxi and it costs about CNY150-200(US$16-31). You also can take No.2 subway to Jing'an Temple station, which is about 700 meters. And then take a taxi. It will be a cheaper way.

There are four main terminal in Shanghai. Please check as bolow.
1. Shanghai Wusongkou port （上海吴淞口客运码头）: It’s about 60 km from the downtown and it takes about 1 hours by car.
2. Shanghai Waigaoqiao prot （上海外高桥码头）: It’s about 60 from the downtown km and it takes about 1 hours by car.
3. Shanghai International port （上海国际客运码头）: It’s located at No. 800 Dongdaming Road, Hongkou District. it’s in the center of the city.
4. Luchaogang port （上海芦潮港码头）: It’s about 90 km from the downtown and it takes about 2 hours.
