Thank you for letting me express my thoughts and feelings regarding my recent trip to China.The reason I chose your company was that I was able to take a pre existing tour package andcustomize it to my liking. I had a really good time and experience.
Best Things of My Trip: Being able to customize my trip and not just see and do all the touristy things with herds of other tourists. Traveling with my own private guide in each city, allowed me easier and faster access to many places. I especially enjoyed my time with Jon (guide in Li Jiang). Li Jiang was not only a beautiful place to visit, but Jon was very informative and personable to travel with. He was very flexible and attentive to my needs and comfort. He even allowed me the use of his camera for a day when mine broke. He found a repair shop for me and negotiated a good price to get my camera repaired. He recently e-mailed me the pictures I took with his camera. Jon really went above and beyond the call of duty.

The guides were excellent and that really made the trip worthwhile. I was a little worried that their English wouldn't be so good but all of them spoke excellent English. All of the arrangements made by your company were first class. We were met at every airport by polite, knowledgeable, English speaking guides who escorted us by car to our hotel and made sure that were happily settled. The overland sections were traveled in comfortable cars, usually with an English speaking guide who pointed out interesting landmarks and explained local customs. Your guides offered us many extra excursions at each of our stopovers. These were most welcome and we were very grateful for their local knowledge and expertise. I am sure that our tremendous enjoyment of our one month holiday in China (mainly Yunnan) is mainly due to the terrific work of CITS Guilin, Angela Gong, all of the guides and drivers. We are currently thinking about returning to China later this year and will be contacting your company to help with our travel arrangements
