Hi Sunny,
Me and my friend's opinion of our trip to China and about China Highlights service can be summarised into three words:
Excellent!
Excellent!
EXCELLENT!

The more we remember our trip the more we reach the conclusion that it is almost impossible to identify something that may have gone wrong or below our expectations. The trip went extremely smoothly and exceeded our more optimistic expectations. We are extremely happy with China Highlights' service. It is difficult to improve on what is already very, very good;

We thoroughly enjoyed the majority of our meals. We had the feeling that the local restaurants selected were the top of the range; we had the impression that chinese people go to these restaurants, but they are not the common chinese people. Other restaurants were effectively tourist restaurants (examples: the lunch after the Great Wall, the lunch after the Jade Buddha Temple, the lunch in Suzhou).

As I said and I have to insist on this, your service was EXCELLENT. Your country is wonderful and you make an excellent contribution to give the best possible impression of your country and of your people to your customers. We fell in love with China and we are already planning our second trip, which we will book with you, of course!

Now, regarding your questions:

the best thing about my trip: There were so many good things about this trip: the guides, the cars, the food, the sites, the people, China... I don't know. I think the best thing is the fact that we were treated as friends and not just as customers. This surely contributed to everything going SO WELL!

Once again, thank you so much for your help and your work, thanks to the drivers for their competent and safe driving and to Jay, Lee, Rebecca and Jeffray for their company, competence, assistance and friendship!

Dear Elaine,

Both my wife and want to thank all at China Hightlights who made our first trip to mainland China such a memorable event. China is awesome ! We were met and taken care of very well. We loved every place we saw.

Our favorites were our entire stay in Guilin both in the city as well as visiting the rice terraces,taking the Li river cruise and visiting the local silk factory. The designs at the Guilin silk factory were the best we saw in China. We also really enjoyed the Forbidden City,The Great Wall and the Sacred Way while in Beijing, the Classical Gardens in Suzhou and amazing Shanghai.

We did not like the pollution or the habit of the older Chines spitting in public.

Consider allowing your western guests a la carte lunches in Chinese restaurants with the guides as the Tour lunches left a lot to be desired

We plan to return soon to see more of China and will bring our three chrildren and families with us. Rest assured we will use Chinalights again.
