Lhasa is the capital of the Tibet Autonomous Region. Tibet, also called the Roof of the World, is a mystical highland with an ancient religious culture, heart-stopping natural scenery and various traditional customs. A holy and marvelous place, Lhasa is incredible for its high 'wow!' factor.
Tips:
Minority areas (Xinjiang, Yunnan, Tibet and Guizhou) have unique characters, but generally speaking, accommodation and meals in these areas are comparatively simple.
