Dear Michael Hu,

I have just returned from the long trip China highlights have arranged for me, and I woud like to take this opportunity to thank you and the crew for the wonderful work done! I have thoroughly enjoyed myself and took away with me many good memories of China.

In this letter, I would also like to commend one particular tour guide who made my trip most memorable. She is the tour guide for Beijing (Guo Hui Fang), and a very young and enthusiastic girl she is! Her enthusiasm and brilliant explanation really made me interested in every of the sights I went to. Through her description, I was able to picture myself in the olden days where emperors ruled China, and how they carried out their processions along Sacred way and Forbidden City. In addition, she was always polite and friendly, always helpful even though I had a cold due to the weather. If not for her, i think my trip in beijing would not be as fun as it was.

Lastly, thank you again for organizing the trip for me, I look forward to future trips with China Highlights, and will not hesitate in recommending my friends to you!

Hello Simon

My wife and I were very impressed by the professionalism of all three tour guides.In particular, Ying Li in Xi'an is the best tour guide we have ever had.She is knowledgeable, pleasant and very customer oriented.We enjoyed our time with her thoroughly.

Of the sites visited, the Terracotta Warriors were clearly the most impressive.We appreciated that Ying Li allowed us as much time as we wanted to see all aspects of the exhibits.We also were impressed by the city of Xi'an and wished that we had planeed an extra day there before travelliing to Shanghai.Finally, Ying Li recommended us to attend the dinner theatre which we thoroughly enjoyed.

We will be recomending China HIghlights to friends and business colleagues through my company.
