How to Start a New Program?- Top -

  1. Design your own itinerary and get a quote from us.
  2. We will advertise your itinerary on our website to help for you to find Travel Buddies.
  3. Advertise your itinerary on you own website, blog or any way you wish.
  4. We deal with the people that you get to join. You don’t have to handle financial matters.
  5. The more people that join the tour, the less you all spend. Click here to see what other people are doing.

This is the procedure to start your own.

Step 1: Complete tailor-made form or inquiry any of the tours on our website to choose the elements of the tour. Don’t forget to choose the options to indicate that you would like us help find people to join your tour.
Step 2: Our China travel expert will work with you to design your tour. After finalizing the itinerary you will receive a quote for the tour with prices quoted for a variety of group sizes.
Step 3: Tell us know if you would like to have your name and e-mail address appear in your add on our website internet?
Step 4: We will advertise your tour in our list of travel buddy itineraries. (See examples)

  2. Talk to your friends and invite them to see your tour information on the internet.

Important Notes

  1. When we prepare the first quote, the tour price will be based on the actual number in your party because we will not know how many people will participate at that time. The price you pay will be calculated at the time when the deposit is due. Further bonuses will be deducted from your final payment if additional people join the tour. Should cancellations occur before the tour’s departure which affects the tour price, then the additional cost we will be billed to your credit card.
  2. The tour itinerary needs to be finalized 45 days before departure to allow sufficient advertising time.
  3. We suggest that travel buddies communicate before the tour so that you can get to know each other.
