Day 1 Arrival in Beijing

Day 2 Beijing, visit Tiananmen, Forbidden City and Hutong

Tian'anmen Square: Stand in the heart of Beijing on the largest city square in the world.Approximately: 40 minutes
The Hutongs: Beijing's old lanes give a wonderful glimpse into ordinary local people's lives.Approximately: 45 minutes

Day 3Beijing, visit the Great Wall at Mutianyu, the Temple of Heaven
The Great Wall at Mutianyu: Less commercial, well-restored architecture, and more watchtowers. Approximately: 2 hours
The Temple of Heaven: See the pinnacle of Ming architecture and local people doing morning exercises.Approximately: 1.5 hours

Day 4 Visit Summer Palace in the morning, Beijing to Xi'an by flight
Summer Palace: Have a pleasant stroll in the best-preserved imperial garden in the world.Approximately: 1.5 hours
Lunch at Baguobuyi Restaurant: a popular restaurant serving Sichuan food.
Flight from Beijing to Xi'an: Approximately: 1.5 hours

Tang Dynasty Show at Night (optional): Enjoy experiencing Tang Dynasty court life, customs, and Chinese music and dance.Approximately: 1 hour
Day 6Xi'an to Chongqing by Flight, visit Ciqikou Old Town, Three Gorges Museum, after that board on cruise
Flight from Xi'an to Chongqing:Approximately: 1.5 hours
Ciqikou Old Town: It is an authentic and busy community of old Chongqing and a place to try local food.Approximately: 1 hour
Three Gorges Museum: It records the history of the Yangtze River area and its rich culture.Approximately: 1 hour
Lunch at Caixiangyuan Restaurant: Local restaurant to serve Sichuan dish. Try spicy and tongue-numbing food!
Cruise of President Series: Board the ship from 5:00pm to 8:00pm and departs Chongqing at 9:00pm.(Dinner is not included)
Day 7Shore Excursion to Shibaozhai, Optional tour to Fengdu, Welcoming Banquet and Dancing Party

Day 9Visit the Three Gorges Dam, Yichang to Shanghai by flight in the afternoon
