During the Canton Fair, public transportation will be the most available way to get to the Canton Fair Complex (Chinese: 琶洲国际会展中心). The most convenient way is by subway.

There are 8 Metro lines in Guangzhou. You can get directly to the Pazhou Complex (Chinese: 琶洲站) by Metro Line 8. The fare ranges from 2 to 12 yuan. Most of the signs and announcements in subway stations are in English.

Taxies follow the principles of "marked prices". The starting fare is 7 yuan (not including the fuel surcharge: 1 Yuan) for the first 2.3 kilometers, and it is 2.2 or 2.6 yuan every kilometer after that.

Guangzhou Baiyun Airport has flights to every part of China and some overseas cities.
Jingguang (Beijing–Guangzhou) Railway and Jingjiu (Beijing – Hong Kong) Railway run through Guangzhou. Guangzhou Railway Station is situated on the Western Ring Road. There are direct trains every 15 to 30 minutes from Guangzhou to Shenzhen (taking 52 minutes–2hours), which you can take at both Guangzhou Eastern Railway Station and Guangzhou Railway Station. Getting to Guangzhou from Hong Kong by train would be a good choice. There are 12 trains shuttling between the two cities everyday, and passengers can take through trains to Guangzhou from Hong Kong at Hung Hom Railway Station in Kowloon and arrive in Guangzhou at Guangzhou East Railway Station. It will take you about 1.5 hours to get there. Passengers can buy tickets at Hung Hom Station in Hong Kong, and in Guangdong East Station. It probably costs 190 HKD per ticket.
Guangzhou-Kowloon by train is the preferred choice for business travelers (Journey time: 1.5 hours).

Hi Emme, the train from HK to Guangzhou is directly to Guangzhou East Railway Station. From Guangzhou East Railway Station, you can take a taxi to Guihuagang. It is about 10km, takes 20-30min and costs CNY30-50.
