Affected Area

While the earthquake caused tremendous devastation in Central Sichuan, most of the big Chinese Cities and Tourist Spots have been spared. The Sichuan sightseeing spots including Jiuzhaigou, Huanglong and Dujiangyan have been closed because of the 8.0 Richter scale earthquake.
The roads to the sightseeing spots have been blocked by rocks which fell on from the hills on both sides of the roads. Besides the earthquake cut off the electricity, gas, water pipes and food transportation.
Here a short list of places with the information if they are open for tourism or not. The list will be updated as frequent as possible.
If you have booked a vacation with us that includes one of the places not open for tourists, please get into contact with your travel advisor. We will work together with you to find a solution.
