If kindly possible, I should like to know if it is free to visit Labrang temple and to take bus to and from Xiahe: here no notice about Labrang monastery and Lonely Planet guidebook writes about restrictions to travel here for foreigners. Dear Giancarlo Borluzzi, There is an entrance fee of Labrang temple. There is a restriction that the foreigners can't visit there by themselves. They need to visiting with a tour guide.
