In November, the weather gets much colder and temperatures may fall to freezing levels at night. The temperature ranges from –6 °C (21.2 °F) to 8 °C (46.4 °F). The breeze often blows and it is cloudy and sometimes drizzly with an occasional light snow.

Winter clothing, such as an overcoat and thick trousers, are essential for staying warm. The city often sees its first snow this month, and snow falls from November to February.
