1. How and where can I find my guide at the port?

Your guide will be waiting for you at the Exit 3 of the Port Cruise Terminal holding a name board and China Highlights' board, you won't miss us. (There are three exits from the waiting hall: 1, 2, and 3. Gateways 1 and 2 are for tour groups. Passengers of the tour groups have to pick up their luggage from special luggage rooms in the hall marked with their group names. Our customers can exit straight away through Gateway 3.)

2. Will my guide be with me all the time?

For pickups, your guide will escort you from the pickup to your hotel.
For transfers, your guide will pick you up and escort you to the port.
For tours, your tour usually starts at 9 am and ends at 5 pm, during which time your guide will be at hand.

3. What kind of vehicle will you use?

We select from our range of comfortable vehicles to spaciously accommodate your group and luggage, from saloon cars, through people carriers, to coaches.
During the tour, our cars are licensed and registered with Beijing Tourism Administration. The driver will be familiar with the roads and routes to all destinations and restaurants, and the cars will be equipped with a Wi-Fi device that you can use throughout Beijing. For the past decade, we have insisted on recycling our tour vehicles every four years, so that we are certain that the vehicle you will be taking is less than two years old. Most importantly, each of our vehicles is insured, and has 50,000 RMB coverage for each passenger.

4. Our cruise also stops in Shanghai and Hong Kong, do you provide any transfers and tours in Shanghai and Hong Kong?
