Detailed Itinerary
You’ll receive a confirmation email with the address of the photography studio, full details and directions, host's phone number after your booking. If you have any questions, you can contact with the host. Please leave your detail contact information( phone number/ Wechat ID) and what time you will be there at the time of booking, and arrive the studio at your appointed time on that day.

Wechat is widely used in China, we suggest you to use wechat for further communication with the host.
After meeting the photographer, he/she will lead you walk through the Hutongs which is close to the Forbidden City. The hosts are totally Beijingers who grow up and live their whole life in Beijing.
Strolling through a most beautiful walking route, which covers all kinds of Beijing's representative landscape symbols, such as old palace, ancient Hutongs. This route is not well known to visitors, so very quiet and good for taking pictures.

We will also provide traditional Chinese Han Clothing to try. You can pay for an extra fee to wear Han clothing for shooting, which will make your photos more special and full of Chinese characteristics.

Good to Know:
- The photoshoot location is just next to the Forbidden City, you can arrange our activity with your Forbidden City trip at the same day.
- Makeup is not included in the activity, so we suggest you to put on makeup before you come.
- If you want to try Han clothing for shooting, please note to us at the time of booking, and pay the extra fee at RMB100 in cash to the photographer on that day.
- During the process, you will also hear some interesting stories, local history and culture to get to know about Beijing.
The photographer will take 50 photos in total for you and email you all in 7 days. When you receive your wonderful photos, share them with your family and friends and upload them to blow up your social networking sites.

FAQs About This Tour
The photography studio just outside the east gate of the Forbidden City where is easy to find. We also will send the details of the location and directions to you after you booked.
It's better to have Wechat for getting the location with the host directly.
- If we are not able to implement the contract due to war, flood, typhoon, fire, strikes, storm, earthquake, or any other condition we are not able to foresee and avoid, we will inform customers at the first possible opportunity and offer the best possible solutions, and the final bill shall be settled based on the service we actually provide.
- Up to 7 days before departure: 100% refund of all money paid, excluding penalties charged by hotels, railways, airlines, and PayPal, if applicable. All penalties will be itemized.
- From 3 to 7 days before departure: 90% refund, excluding penalties charged by hotels, railways, airlines, and PayPal, if applicable. All penalties will be itemized.
- Within 3 days before departure: no refund.
- After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for canceled services due to non-participation, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.
- For groups of more than 10 people: The terms of cancellation may vary from case to case. Please ask your travel advisor regarding the cancellation policy for your group.
