Neza and Klemen
Thank you for a great organization. We have enjoyed a trip very much. I have write my suggestions in the following questionnaire.
It was a very good tour and itinerary was great for the period we have stayed. Most memorable was Tibet (Lhasa, Shigatse, lake) and Panda breathing center in Cheng du. Most outstanding guides were Leo (in Beijing) and Dekni (in Tibet). Their English was very good and they did great effort for everything. Leo even spent time with us on a free day with shopping recommendations which were excellent. Dekni gave us also many personal information that were interesting for us and we got along with her very well, because she's very kind. All drivers were OK, except we found strange driving in Tibet (probably because of local custom - everyone was driving strange). Hotels were great. For the future guest you could provide information about laundry (for example in the middle of the tour). We did go shopping. Maybe the first guide could inform clients that they should bargain. Besides we went shopping the last day in Beijing. We went to the silk market that was very nice to see and also maybe buy some things. For the clothes shopping we went to 'Lovin Shopping'in Beijing or something like that where they had very quality clothes for reasonable prices (Leo would know the place). Cloisonne and pearl factories were also fine.
I was thinking about 'wow' factor and I would suggest some small trekking/cycling in Tibet (to feel the nature) or maybe spending a day with nomad family or maybe spending a night on Great wall or some small trekking in the Great wall. Besides I suggest in Shanghai a ride from airport to the city (or back) with a fast magnet train. I would recommend your company to your friends and colleagues.Tips for the other travelers: try new food (because the restaurants are carefully picked up), bargain everywhere. Our range 26-35. We would suggest at least one short active and adventurous activity (trekking, cycling, ...)
We didn't use your phone, because everything was so well organized and because our personal phones were working in China.
