Dear Mr Zhao,
I would like to let you know how happy my husband and I were with the amazing service provided to us by Candy. From the very beginning, when we were just thinking about going to China, Candy made me choose China Highlights because I felt I could trust her to look after us. I got quotes from other companies, one in Australia was a similar price, but I chose CH because of how quickly Candy responded to my inquiries and the friendly tone of her emails.
Once we decided to book she organised everything so well for us. She got back to me quickly with any questions I had, and met the special requirements of our family in a way that made me feel very well looked after. I felt I could ask her anything and trusted her. My suggestion for you, as her manager, is to let her take paid time during working hours to visit the clients as we would have loved to meet her. I think such meetings would only help to build your business as then everyone would go back home and tell their friends how well Candy organised their tour for them and how nice it was to meet her.
Although I didn't get to meet her face to face I feel like she is a friend and I am very very happy to answer any questions you may have for me about her wonderful service.
