Day 1: Wild Great Wall
7:30 Meet at the appointed place to take a bus to the Great Wall.
Note: Pick-up location hasn’t been known yet, but we will let you know when it's noticed.
09:30 You will probably arrive at parking lot of the Jinshanling Great Wall.
09:30-09:50 Hike about 1.2 kilometers to the ceremony, attend to the ceremony, appreciate music and dance performances, enjoy a photographic exhibitions of the Great Wall.
10:30-11:00 Attend the ceremony of A Thousand Americans Hiking the Great Wall
11:00-13:00 Hiking the Jinshanling Great Wall with other American visitors. Jinshanling Great Wall is a section of wild Great Wall with fantastic views. Outdoor lovers are deeply fond of this area. Travelers should not miss it among the wild Great Walls. You can choose different hiking route depending on your physical conditions.
Route A: You will hiking 5 kilometers(about 2h)from the Zhuandoukou (砖垛口) to Houchuan kou(后川口);
Route B: Hiking 3 kilometers (about 1h) from Zhuanduokou (砖垛口) to Shalingkou (沙岭口).
13:00-14:00 Have a lunch
14:00-14:30 Appreciate Taijiquan and Taiji Fan shows and music and folk performances
14:30 Have a group photo together
15:30 Return to Beijing City Center from the parking lot
